Matcha Arte is a Japan-founded brand, and all product designs originate from Japan.

Not at all. The matcha is shipped directly from Japan, to ensure the highest freshness and authenticity.

Since matcha contains a relatively high amount of caffeine, we generally do not recommend it during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

At the moment, we ship mainly within the United States. We're working on expanding our international delivery options soon—stay tuned!

Orders are typically shipped on the next business day. Please note we do not ship on weekends or public holidays, including seasonal holidays. If an item is on backorder, your full order will be shipped once everything is in stock.
